Where can I find the machine code or hardware fingerprint?

ANSWER

The "Machine Code" or "Hardware Fingerprint" is a string with the format XXXX-XXXX where "X" is an alphanumeric character. The machine code is used to generate a license code for a specific machine.

The Hardware Fingerprint/Machine Code is required to place an order for the following products: Notes2Outlook, NotesContactExtractor, Outlook2Notes, Outlook2NotesContacts, ForensicMailArchiver, and PSTReporter.

Before you place an order, install the appopriate application on the machine you intend to use the product on.

Start the application. You should see a dialog that contains an Enter button. Press the Enter button to view the Machine Code/Hardware Fingerprint.
