Which Outlook versions work with Notes2Outlook?

ANSWER

The machine on which Notes2Outlook or Outlook2Notes is installed (the "Conversion machine") should have an Outlook 2003/2007 client installed to do the processing.

Notes2Outlook/NotesContactsExtractor can create/populate (or Outlook2Notes can read) Unicode PSTs (compatible with Outlook 2003 or better) or ANSI PSTs (compatible with Outlook 97-2002).
