How does Notes2Outlook handle encrypted Notes email?

ANSWER

Encrypted Notes email messages must be decrypted before they are converted with Notes2Outlook. Only the Notes userid that was used to create the encrypted mail can be used to create an unencrypted local NSF. This is a Notes "feature".
